With a Design Consultation you'll get...
Your Initial Design Consultation is a 1:1 conversation for up to 2 hours in your home, business, or virtually; where we'll discuss your design vision and style for your space. We’ll cover any questions and challenges you may have along with reviewing inspiration pages. We’ll take the time to learn how you live in your house or how your business functions. We’ll discuss budgets and timelines and set expectations for the design process.
This is the perfect time to talk about home or business and get guidance and direction you need for your project.

HOW IT WORKS

The starting point for any service or package is the Initial Consultation. Before we meet you'll review our welcome packet and complete the Design Inquiry. After the design consult if you wish to proceed you will receive a design proposal (for Full Service Clients) or one of our package recommendations for our virtual clients.
You will approve the design proposal and make your deposit or purchase the recommended design package. This will start the on-boarding process in your design studio.

Next Steps

You will begin by purchasing the Initial Consultation with Monique (on this page) to get started.
You will then set up your secure account in MyDoma (our online project managment platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. On the left column you will find your To-Do List. First complete the Design Inquiry. This will help Haus 1216 prepare for your consultation.
Once the design inquiry is complete and submitted you will received a Welcome Packet in your Studio to approve (located in Files and Media). Next, use the appointments tab to view Monique's calendar and book your initial Consultation over Google Meet or in person (local clients)
Once your consultation is complete, Monique will email you a summary including everything you talked about along with your design proposal (Full Service Clients) or a link to the recommended online design package (online clients).
Please be sure to include your phone number and email address; once your time and date are confirmed, we will contact you directly for your consult. These emails sometimes end up in your spam folder so be sure to keep an eye out for any communications from Haus 1216.
Please prepare for the consult as much as possible to help Monique answer your questions quickly and accurately.
